Hamilton United Elite take three points on the road against Toronto Azzurri Blizzard after Angela Cutaia's (40', 72', 73', 83') four goals help lead the 8-2 win in their final game of the season.

Less than one minute into the game, Hamilton would find a breakthrough as a scramble in the box resulted in a shot being fired into the back of the net by Jasmine Burke (1').

Seconds later, Cutaia would cross the ball in from the left side finding Rachel Rosborough (2') at the back post, and she maked no mistake finishing on target. Cutaia and Rosborough would connect all game, creating many chances and finishing others.

The Blizzard would answer minutes later when Lauren Cuisia (5') fired a shot from distance into the top left corner of the net.

The teams would share possession with a back-and-forth rhythm that created action in front of both goals.

The Blizzard's Madeline Skinner (21') would tie the match up 2-2 for the home team when she was slotted through and finished on target into the bottom left corner.

Hamilton quickly changed the score before the half after an own goal by a Blizzard defender in the 33rd minute, and determination by Cutaia just before the break to win the ball off the defender and neatly finish in the bottom left corner made it 4-2 at the half.

As the second half rolled around, Hamilton found themselves with a majority of possession and kept Blizzard's goalkeeper Sabrina Graziano very busy, firing 12 shots on target - eight of which were saved by Graziano.

Hamilton's Sydney Vanderhoef (66') put her team up 5-2 when she fired a shot into the back of the net.

The last 20 minutes of the game saw a hat-trick from Hamilton's captain Cutaia.

She would score one goal just as her first; beating a defender to the ball and slotting it home. Rosborough would assist the other two goals as her crosses from the right side inevitably found Cutaia in the box and she headed them into the net.

With the win, Hamilton United Elite finish seventh in the women's division with a 5-4-3 record in their inaugural League1 Ontario season.

Toronto Azzurri Blizzard finish 13th in the women’s division with a 0-12-0 record.
