The Oakville Blue Devils battled to a hard fought 2-2 draw against Windsor TFC at a rainy Sheridan Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Oakville (3-0-2), who now sit in second place in the men's division table, got off to a fast start when Filipe Villa (15') nodded home a header off a perfectly placed corner kick.

Mid-way through the first half the match began to get bogged down, as the heavy rain slowed both club's attacks.

Windsor TFC (0-3-2) found a breakthrough shortly before the break, drawing level through a Brendan Woodfull (34') finish in the box following a set-piece.

At the half, Oakville made four changes to try to inject some life into their attack, but it was Windsor TFC who found themselves in the ascendency.

Brydon Caesar (49') put the visitors ahead with a strike from in close, but their lead was short-lived.

Less than one minute later, Brandon Duarte (50') drew Oakville level with a first-touch tap-in following a cross through the area.
