Woodbridge Strikers capitalized on a 10-man North Mississauga S.C side to earn their first win of the season in a 4-0 victory at Hershey Field on Saturday.

Francesco Sinopoli (21') tapped in the opening goal from a scramble of a corner kick. While midfielder Joshua Paredes-Procter (29') followed it up with his second goal of the season to finish the first half.

Down by two, North Mississauga would have pushed for a comeback in the second half, but a red card for Richard Ameyaw in the 53rd minute left the home team outnumbered.

Unable to fight back, Christian Cavallini (61') and substitute Luca Baldassarre (75') each added a goal to their tally to complete the 4-0 win.

Both teams were physical with one another, and North Mississauga received four yellow cards in the process to go along with the straight red. The cautions made it difficult for the Panthers to mount a comeback.
