It was a four-goal thriller in a rainy night at Hershey Center 2 on Saturday.

North Mississauga's Watson (27') scored the first goal of the match, then Pro Stars took the lead thanks to Zwierzynski's brace (42', 56'), but the host was soon level again through Thorpe (59'). The match finished 2-2, with a red card for ProStars' George (89').

North Mississauga started the match off in a 4-2-3-1 formation against ProStars' 4-3-3.

It was a very physical match, played in rain and featuring many fouls.

Both teams created few chances, but North Mississauga found the net first with Watson's tap-in; it was his second goal in two matches.

After that, the contest was almost balanced, but just three minutes before the half-time, Zwierzynski scored the ProStars’ first goal in the current campaign with a low show from the edge of the box, forcing North Mississauga's keeper Dsouza to pick the ball out of his net for the first time in the season.

Pro Stars had a better start in the second half and soon took the lead.

Zwierzynski received a long ball from the right side and sent it into the back of the net with a great half-volley from the left corner of the box.

The lead lasted only three minutes before Thorpe scored from very close range.

Pro Stars could have got back in front again as they had three golden opportunities in quick succession, however they were a bit lucky not to lose the match after George's dismissal in the 89th minute.

In the four minutes stoppage time, North Mississauga pushed forward to get all three points, earning three corners and creating two clear chances - one one v one denied by Pro Stars' keeper Albanese, and a last-gasp header that was only a few inches wide.

Pro Stars next match is against Sanjaxx Lions on Saturday, May 12 (8:30 p.m.) at Terry Fox Stadium, Brampton.

North Mississauga have two weeks to get ready to face Woodbridge Strikers at Hershey Center 1 on Saturday, May 19 (8 p.m).
