Ottawa South United couldn't find a way past their opponent, Woodbridge Strikers, after a 0-0 draw in their home opener at Quinn's Point.
Woodbridge managed to keep OSU quiet throughout the game, with OSU failing to register a shot on net until the second half.
Woodbridge failed to convert several chances late in the second half, failing to really test OSU keeper Jared St. Thomas.
What started out as a physical affair escalated in the second half with both teams earning two yellow cards in the last 25 minutes of the game.
This is Woodbridge's second tie in as many games and keeps them solidly in the middle of the table. For OSU, a win in their first match and a tie in the second puts them at the top of the table, at least temporarily.
