Unionville Milliken heavily defeated North Mississauga 11-0 on Friday evening - in a final regular season fixture for both sides - in what was a one sided affair from start to finish.

Unionville was led by a hat-trick from Flynn (32', 35', 79') and braces from Cajoling (50', 56') and Khan (76', 81'). Hogg (7'), Lee (45'), Pinder (90') and Panagiotopoulos (90') added singles to complete the one-sided result.

The match started with North Mississauga adopting a very high line and Unionville quickly recognizing this and taking advantage. Unionville created a couple good scoring opportunities within the first five minutes before putting away the opener after Hogg placed the ball sweetly into the net after being put through on goal.

After enjoying a majority of possession and many shots on target, Unionville managed to double their lead just after the half-hour, thanks to a quality finish from Flynn after getting played through with a pinpoint through ball.

Shortly after, Flynn would have her double, putting her side in a very comfortable position before the end of the half. Just before the stroke of half-time, Flynn would confirm herself as the standout of the first half with a fantastic assist to tee up Lee for a tap-in before the whistle.

The second half started in similar fashion to how the first half ended: goals, goals and more goals.

Cajilig would score her side's fifth and sixth within minutes of each other, registering a double and putting her team in a position of absolute comfort.

Exactly 20 minutes after the sixth goal, Unionville substitute Khan made it seven for her side, followed by Flynn to make it eight and capping off her performance with a hat-trick.

Khan would register a double of her own with under ten minutes remaining, before Unionville's other substitutes, Pinder and Panagiotopoulos, would get on the scoresheet in the final minute to cap off a superb night for Unionville.

This match marks the last match of the season for both sides.

North Missisauga SC finish the season in 14th position in the table, while Unionville's final placement is pending final results of the weekend. Unionville can finish as high as 11th position.

FC Oshawa battled back from a two-goal deficit to complete a 2-2 comeback, effectively ending Durham United FA's playoff chances, at Kinsmen Park, Pickering, on Friday evening.

Durham controlled the play throughout the first half. Naya Cardoza (9') headed a cross toward the far post to open the scoring early in the match as the ball sailed past Oshawa goalkeeper Mykaela Volpe.

Calaigh Copeland (18') extended the lead after she split through two defenders to poke a shot into the net. Durham had the momentum going into the halftime break at 2-0.

Despite the deficit, FC Oshawa came out of the dressing rooms fired up to start the second term. After picking up a caution for a hard tackle, Oshawa captain Sona Makulova (49') launched a shot from the centre-circle, arcing it over the reach of Danitza Indacochea to make it 2-1.

Later in the game, Durham cleared the ball off the line after a set piece, but Tianna Harris (67') rolls into finish the rebound to tie the game at 2-2.

Durham swarmed the Oshawa box to look for the go-ahead goal to keep their playoff hopes alive. In the 89th minute, substitute Marissa Castellano got a foot on the ball off a sublime cross from the left. The shot rippled the back of the net, but as the team and the fans celebrated, the goal was called offside to keep it at 2-2.

Playoff-bound FC Oshawa held on for the draw to eliminate their regional rivals from the post season, preventing Durham United from defending their championship. Both goalkeepers made crucial saves to keep their teams in the game. Indacochea made three saves for Durham while Volpe stopped five.

FC Oshawa (6-5-2) get into the playoffs with 20 points, and their goal differential is at +11 (27 GF, 16 GA).

Durham United FA (4-4-5) finish the season with 17 points, just shy of the playoff zone. Their goal differential is at +5 (26 GF, 21 GA).

Woodbridge Strikers defeated FC London 3-0 in a makeup match with significant playoff standing implications on Friday night in London.

The win was an important one for Woodbridge, who were fighting to get a playoff spot. With the win, the Strikers clinch a playoff spot with one match still remaining in their remaining regular season schedule.

The goals came from Ida Miceli (8',68') and Katalin Tolnai (65'), with a clean sheet from keeper, Vanessa Fiore.

Woodbridge scored an early goal in the first ten minutes via Miceli (8’), giving them an early lead. The goal was the direct result of a small defensive breakdown by FC London and Miceli capitalized, shooting a loose ball past the keeper.

Woodbridge could have scored many more goals in the first half with 11 shots total registered. However, most of their shots went wide with only three shots on target.

FC London only had a few promising chances the entire game, with nine total shots but only three on target. All the shots that did get to the net were turned away by Woodbridge Strikers' keeper, Fiore.

At the beginning of the second half, FC London worked hard to try to tie up the game, but their attempts were in vain as not many actually hit the target. Even after some promising free-kicks only 25 yards out, the hosts were unsuccessful.

Woodbridge played well throughout the entire game, moving the ball around nicely and keeping their opponent on their toes. They were able to get a second goal from Tolnai (65'), who received a pass, continued to sprint about 30 yards, cut across the defender, and placed it perfectly in the bottom corner of the net.

Only three minutes later, Woodbridge scored their third goal. Miceli (68') got her second goal of the match by picking up the ball unmarked and simply sliding the ball under the keeper.

The score didn't change from 3-0 by the time the referee blew the final whistle, giving Woodbridge Strikers a much needed win and a breath of relief at having clinched playoff standing.

The key players for Woodbridge were the two goal scorers, Miceli and Tolnai, who created much difficulty for the London defenders. The key players for FC London were their outside midfielders, Nicole Neilson and Kayla McQueen, who played their positions very well and caused the few opportunities for London.

FC London will next play Alliance United FC on June 28 at the German Canadian Club, London.

Woodbridge SC will next play OSU Force on June 28 at Vaughan Grove, Woodbridge.

Chantelle Parker's lone late goal helped DeRo United FC squeeze past ten-player Hamilton United Elite in their final game of the season on Saturday, with both sides finishing outside of the eight-team playoff zone.

DeRo United had a slight edge over Hamilton United Elite in the first half, but they failed to create real goal-scoring chance until Hamilton keeper Marilena Spagnolo came tearing out to deal with a chance. Spagnolo couldn't properly clear the ball though, and Megan McKye (33') made the most of it by sending the ball into the back of the net from outside the box.

Hamilton responded quickly. Emma Davies rattled the bar on a free-kick and Gabriella Cipriano (38') blasted the follow-up into the roof of the net from six yards.

The hosts could have retaken the lead just before the end of the first forty-five minutes but Spagnolo flew to fingertip a Chantelle Parker long-range effort away from the net.

Hamilton had the better of the early play of the second half but struggled to open up the opponent's defence.

On 77 minutes, Hamilton goalscorer Cipriano got her second yellow and was sent off, leaving her side to ten women for the last 13 minutes. DeRo United exploited their numerical advantage then and pushed forward for the go-ahead goal.

Spagnolo came to rescue Hamilton in 83 minutes by parrying out an Olivia Rizakos strike from the corner of the box for a corner; four minutes later, she was beaten by Parker (87'), who received the ball at the edge of the box from a Chanel Livingston pass, turned and then sent it into the far top corner to give a 2-1 victory to her side in their last match of the season.
