Goals from Gennaccaro (11'), Duarte (15'), and an own goal (21') gave Oakville Blue Devils all three points against OSU in Ottawa on Saturday.

The first half started with complete dominance by Oakville, with the ball rarely leaving the OSU side of the pitch. It did not take long for Oakville to get on the scoreboard with Gennaccaro's headed effort putting the visitors ahead early.

Not long after, Oakville were awarded a free-kick in good position, and Duarte was able to get his head on the end of the ball to put it into the back of the net for Oakville’s second.

Oakville continued to push forward, looking for weaknesses in OSU's defensive structure. They were rewarded with an own goal after an Ottawa defender's attempt to clear a powerful, low cross found its way into the back of the net.

From that point OSU grew more comfortable in the game and defended much better against Oakville, although their keeper Sobze-Zemo was called upon just before the end of the first half to make a great save.

The second half saw OSU play with more more confidence, making it difficult for Oakville to find clear-cut goal-scoring opportunities. OSU played on the counter, utilizing their fast wingers to move the ball up the pitch, and were able to test the Oakville keeper after some good team play, but could not get the ball into the net.

OSU Force will next play Toronto Skillz on June 16 (2 p.m.) at Birchmount Stadium, Toronto.

Oakville Blue Devils will next play Unionville Milliken S.C on June 16 (4 p.m.) at Sheridan Trafalgar Campus, Oakville.

Darby FC locked down three points on the road against hosts' Pro Stars FC after three unanswered first half goals.

The beginning of the match saw the home side with more possession, but no threatening chances on goal.

Darby showed they were dangerous as well. Stefan Lamanna did well down the left side to shake his defender, crossing a ball to Mack Roach at the back post. Roach's one-time volley was squared across goal and centre-back Joseph Zupo (18') fired the one-timer into the back of the net to break the stalemate.

A shift of momentum followed and another goal looked promising for the visitors in the last 15 mins of the first half. Sure enough, Darby’s Bayley Winkel (40') found himself with the ball and space in the opponent's half, driving towards goal and slotting one into the bottom right corner past the young seventeen-year-old keeper, Paul Simonescu.

Darby finished off the half with their third goal, thanks to striker LeRohne Young (43'), who calmly finished into the bottom corner.

Teams shared possession in the second half, and Pro Stars did well to limit Darby's chances, but the score at full-time would remain unchanged.

ProStars FC will next play Woodbridge Strikers on June 16 (5 p.m.) at Vaughan Grove 1, Woodbridge.

Darby FC will next play Sigma FC on June 14 (8 p.m.) at the Whitby Soccer Centre Dome, Whitby.

After five consecutive losses and 345 minutes of goal drought, Toronto Skillz FC kept a clean sheet and found the net through Zef Kraja's header (45+3') to earn their first win of the season and register Unionville Milliken S.C.'s third defeat.

The first half was evenly balanced, played more in the middle third of the field with very few chances created.

Unionville's Isaiah Prentice-Whyte impressed with two attempts from inside the box before the half-hour, one into the side netting and one controlled by the rival keeper Stefan Dusciuc.

With practically the last kick of the first half, Toronto Skillz did get the ball in the net after Zef Kraja, who came off the bench 14 minutes earlier, sent the ball into the side netting with a flick-on header on a cross from the left side. It was Toronto Skillz's second goal of the season and their first since a 4-1 defeat against Master's Futbol on May 11, 2019.

In the second half, Unionville tried to back on level terms. They had more possession but only created one real goal-scoring chance, which was missed by Tre Crosby from point-blank range on a Tim Flynn low pass from the right flank.

On the other hand, Toronto Skillz were solid in defence and could have scored more goals if their offensive players had been more precise in finishing. Michael Jahshan had a good solo effort just before the hour, but his strike from the edge of the box was straight at the keeper. Just ten minutes later, an unmarked Kraja vollied from close range over the bar.

Unionville Milliken S.C. will next play Oakville Blue Devils on June 16 (4 p.m.) at Sheridan Trafalgar Campus, Oakville.

Toronto Skillz FC will next play OSU Force on June 16 (2 p.m.) at Birchmount Stadium, Toronto.
