OSU's Clarissa Larisey scored an incredible nine goals (14', 16', 22', 32', 38', 56', 61', 69', 77'), while teammates' Katherine Chadwick scored three (10', 34', 43'), and Marian Taiwo scored (55') in a dramatic 13-nil romp over visitors, North Mississauga SC on Saturday.

The match started with complete control of the game by OSU and this would remain the case for the entire 90 minutes.

It took just 10 minutes for OSU's Chadwick to open the scoring at Quinn’s Pointe, and it would be the first of many more as both Chadwick and Larisey had hat-tricks by the end of the first half.

North Mississauga goalkeeper, Sam Beckles made 23 saves, but her team was unable to deal with the constant pressure and high tempo play of OSU. The first half ended with a 8-0 lead for OSU.

The second half was a similar story as OSU continued to press high up the pitch and at the 55th minute, OSU added to their lead through a well placed shot by Taiwo.

Larisey would score four more times to end the game with a massive 13-0 win for OSU.

North Mississauga will next play DeRo United FC on May 18 (8:30 p.m.) at Paramount Fine Foods Centre, Mississauga.

OSU Force will next play Alliance United FC on May 19 (5 p.m.) in their first away game the season against Alliance United FC at Mount Joy Complex, Markham.

Unionville Milliken SC women and FC London women fought to a 2-2 draw at L’Amoreaux Field in Scarborough on Saturday afternoon.

The game marked the return of key players for both clubs as Unionville Milliken gained Samantha Chang, the L1O women’s Young Player of the Year in 2017, but who had missed a significant spell due to injury.

For FC London, they welcomed back three time Golden Boot winner and League MVP, Jade Kovacevic, after her time playing in Italy for Roma CF.

Both players had an immediate impact for their clubs with a goal a piece in the tie.

After a quiet opening to the game from both sides, Kovacevic opened the scoring on a penalty (33'), putting it in the bottom right past Unionville keeper Staggolis.

In the dying moments of the first half Unionville’s Thalia Boucher (45+3') tied it up with a powerful strike from 25 yards out into the top corner.

The second half saw Unionville Milliken SC take the 2-1 lead through Samantha Chang (53') pouncing on a rebound.

Both teams kept looking for a goal, with FC London finally getting one in the 66’ through a Kovacevic cross from the left wing off the far post and a tap in from a wide open Madilyne Michienzi (66').

FC London looked to have a chance ten minutes from time with a 2v1, but were called for offside, ending a dangerous looking attack. Although the action was frantic until the final whistle, neither team could find a winner.

Both teams left with the same score and the same record (0-1-1), still looking for their first wins of the season.

FC London will next play Darby FC on May 17 (8 p.m.) at Whitby Soccer Centre, Whitby.

Unionville Milliken SC will next play play Vaughan SC on May 18 (noon) at McNaughton Turf, Vaughan.
